workout v. the headache
it feels like an epic superhero battle going on in my body right now…the itch to get the workout done plus the mental obligation to do the workout versus the headache threatening to be a migraine.
workout is only twenty minutes though and after I can disappear into the dark shower for like an hour.

LOL. It’s not actually, but I’m lactose intolerant and some people who made my soup today (coughmarshallcough) knows I can’t really have dairy. I do love it with milk but only as long as it’s accompanied by a Lactaid!
